About Silana
As a natural born intuitive and empath, Silana gave her first clairvoyant reading at the age of 18. Over the next few years, she had several profound awakening experiences that opened her “spiritual eye” and ignited a lasting change in her life. These events set her on a journey to intensely develop her own true nature and intuitive gifts to help others.
As a student of ancient spiritual and yogic traditions, Silana gained a solid foundation in meditative and healing practices for connecting with the greater or Higher Self, our eternal being. By entering the state of stillness or Shuniya — an expanded consciousness, she can sense the disruption of energy flow in a person’s physical and subtle bodies, and address the imbalances or blockages at their root.
This elevated state has helped her to transform her own challenges in life into gratitude, and to see them as teachers and guides to help her live a more aware, loving, and complete life.
By allowing, rather than pushing or directing the divine force, Silana creates a safe and effective space for individuals to engage their own personal alchemical journeys towards inner harmony, freedom, strength and balance of the physical, emotional and energetic self.
Drawing upon 20+ years of professional experience as an intuitive reader, and over two decades of applied / experiential training with many gifted practitioners and modalities, Silana has assisted people from all walks of life around the world.
After earning her writing and teaching degree from UC Santa Cruz in the early 1990s, Silana went on to become an early education instructor. Subsequently, she expanded her knowledge and skills as a musician, singer, and natural health consultant. Over the past 25 years, she has facilitated numerous personal growth workshops, book discussions and youth groups. She’s been a guest on KUSP public radio, and has been a guest speaker at events around the U.S., sharing creative tools for spiritual growth and healing. She is the author of the children’s book, “Listen to Your Heart”, and is a co-contributor for the newly released book, “You Can Never Go Wrong By Being Kind: 101 Inspirational Stories of Kindness and Generosity”. She is completing a book and online course on restoring the sacred balance between our inner masculine and feminine aspects.
